R&D
Our R&D laboratory consists of two main units: galenic and analytical laboratories. Our R&D team comprises scientifically qualified researchers and has access to advanced machinery, instruments, and equipment. Through its R&D activities, Vefa İlaç aims to develop innovative products, achieve bioequivalence studies with high success rates, and prepare Common Technical Documents (CTDs) for Türkiye and other countries. The Vefa İlaç R&D laboratory carries out joint projects with TÜBİTAK and continues to create added value for the Turkish pharmaceutical industry.
At our R&D laboratory, patent searches and assessments; active substance evaluation, analysis, and approval; formulation and analytical method development; process and analytical method validation; product improvement; new-product stability studies; and preparation of marketing authorization dossiers in CTD format are conducted using a Quality by Design (QbD) approach.
Softgel Manufacturing
As Türkiye's leading softgel manufacturer, Vefa İlaç combines state-of-the-art encapsulation infrastructure, flexible manufacturing options and high quality standards to support the optimal delivery of oil-based and poorly soluble active ingredients.
High Capacity and Manufacturing Excellence
Our annual capacity reaches 240 million pharmaceutical softgels and 90 million food-supplement softgels. Annual box production is approximately 17.1 million.
